Doug Pojar, Partner

With an extensive entrepreneurial background and more than a decade of IT staffing experience, he embodies the TEG Global corporate culture of integrity and excellence. Former Chairman and CEO of SoftWorks International Consulting, he is well-known for his high level of service and ethics. With thousands of placements and an A list of clientele, SoftWorks was acquired by Ablest, a CH Heist company. He is responsible for business development and project management.

Doug is a graduate of Colorado State University. He lives in Denver with his wife, children, Calvin and Miles, and two Labrador retrievers. He enjoys upland game bird hunting, ice hockey, and coaching his sons' sports teams.
