Process Improvement Analyst

This person will be an integral part of a newly launched CPI (Continual Process Improvement) Division (new director will be in place shortly). This used to be a piece of the IT organization and is now going to be a division of its own.

The process in the past was project in, project out. The new commitment is to embed a business process improvement analyst into various groups within the hospital. This person will work with these folks long term to generate a long term commitment to business processes. The new process improvement initiative must have sustainability.

Candidates must have a complete business process improvement background. This is not a technical Project Manager position, more of a business process improvement expert. Six Sigma, Baldridge trained, and other process improvement certifications are nice but they really are looking for the right person. Must have a very high degree of diplomacy/professionalism and be able to create and sustain a "buy-in" to business process improvement/change at all levels of the enterprise. Someone who can enter a situation and not be seen as a threat, but as an asset.
