5 month option to hire

Location:  Denver, CO  - Prefer a local candidate

This is not exclusive, client  has other companies in the loop on this and client  is just going to go with who gets the most qualified candidate the quickest.

This is a replacement position candidateto help cover for an employee on maternity leave,  and then this individual will transition to a new role.

From Client:

I am looking to fill a contract to hire position on my team in Clinical Application Services within the IT division.

I am looking for an individual that is Epiccare Ambulatory certified who can start sometime in February.  It is a pretty even split between technical and personality in terms of importance.  I need someone who is already certified and can handle everything from shadowing/workflow analysis, build, testing, training, implementation support and post go-live/operational support. This individual would also need to be able to converse with clinical providers, a strong team player, willing to work early or late during a go-live (this is not all of the time).

The first few months I would need to backfill a position on my ambulatory team.  This would involve working on site at the client with 5 other ambulatory team members.

In May I would want to transition the person over to the Pedsconnect team.   This is a team that goes out into the community and installs Epic in Pediatric Primary Care clinics.  The clinics essentially purchases Epic from client and we are the “vendor”.  This role would involve shadowing/workflow analysis, build, testing, training, implementation support and post go-live/operational support for the clinical staff in these clinics.  It does involve some driving to and from the clinics in the Denver metro area – but we reimburse for travel.  It would also be nice if the person had some experience with Cadence, Epic’s scheduling product (but definitely not essential).

The Pedsconnect project is growing quickly, so if we were happy with the performance of the individual there would be a very strong likelihood that we would hire them.
