SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) & SAP LE (Logistics) Functional Configuration Analyst

Location: Lakewood, CO

JOB FUNCTION:

*    Provide SCM functional configuration expertise for a new SAP ECC 6.0 implementation.

*    Design and implement Supply Chain Management solutions in several areas that focus on providing standard SAP functionality to meet business requirements.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

*    Provide SCM functional configuration expertise for a new SAP ECC 6.0 implementation.

*    Design and implement Supply Chain Management solutions in several areas that focus on providing standard SAP functionality to meet business requirements.

*    Ability to apply SAP Supply Chain Management knowledge and expertise for technical and functional design sessions / meetings.

*    Responsible for the creation of training plans and providing SAP application training.

*    Defining and implementing SAP business best practices, adhering to company*s business standards for functional processes.

*    Conducting detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs.

*    Defining functional business requirements. Suggest options and recommendation solutions to key business users.

*    Define unit and integration testing plans, testing scripts, enhancements, custom modifications and interfaces to be developed.

*    Troubleshooting functional issues during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live.

*    Collaborating with technical team to design solutions, define technical design, testing plans, etc.

*    Participation in the Global Centers of Excellence for SCM.

*     Business systems analysis and design for Supply Chain Management functions.

*     Configuration and maintenance of Supply Chain Management systems

*     Participates in decision process as a partner of the business.

*     Report definition and requirements gathering

*     Requirements definition for new business acquisitions and new module activation.

*     Level 1 & 2 support for SAP, post-project.

KNOWLEDGE: Education:

*    Bachelor*s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, engineering, or IT.

*    SAP Certification

Experience:

*    5-7 years of Supply Chain Management functional experience including 3-5 years in SAP Supply Chain Management.

*    Multiple SAP implementations experience; must include one SAP ECC 6.0 implementation at a minimum.

*    Solid understanding of standard financial business processes Supply Chain Management

*    Multiple full-life cycle SAP implementation experience

*    Successful designing and deployment of integrated solutions with SAP.

*    Experience in SAP ECC 6.0.

*    Experience with BW3.5 or BI 7.0 preferred.

*    Experience in an FDA regulated environment desirable

*    Ability to accept personal accountability and ownership for areas of responsibility.

*    Ability to apply SAP functional knowledge and expertise for technical and functional design sessions / meetings.

*    Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, team skills.

*    Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Visio, Power Point, etc.

*    Solid understanding of manufacturing industry business processes.

*    Be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.

*    Solid understanding of the solutions, tools and technologies in SAP.
