Client does have a relocation package of upto 5K where they will reimburse the candidate with proper receipts/documentation.
Project Manager with solid process improvement background.
Must be able to engineer a process from ground up and stabilize current processes.
Must be able to evaluate current processes and move client forward with best clinical practices in mind.
Must have experience with Peoplesoft/InfoED deployment.
Must have excellent customer facing skills.
Must have experience in hospital, healthcare, clinical disciplines is required.
Three Essential Keys to Success:
1. Previous hands-on experience Deploying Peoplesoft
2. Previous hands-on evaluating InfoEd - or exposure to how the grant process works ie how to propose for money and track in a clinical setting
3. Must be able to stabilize current business processes from building budgets to evaluating patient tracking.
Again need to be a solid PM on the business side highly knowledgeable in Process Improvement and have the Peoplesoft InfoEd experience.
The candidate who has Hospital/Clinical background is a better fit with regards to working across all clinical practices.
Best fit is someone formerly from one of the Big 5 such as Accenture, Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, Coopers Lybrand, Cap Gemini, etc.
